My name is Sian Beard. I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 7 years.

I teach group fitness classes/workouts in the local community of Musselburgh, East Lothian.

I'm qualified to teach the following workouts:

I am also a qualified Personal Trainer. I am all about making working out fun.

My goal is to change your view on fitness, so it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle, plus we can have fun along the way.

The main focus with me is the word "fun". If you enjoy what you are doing you are most likely to succeed and see results.
